Hey Who Let That Guy In Here

Everyone say hello to Deviation, he’s going to be chiming in every so often. He’s much smarter than I am. I figured he’d class up the joint.

  1. The way you’re using them, I’m not sure you know what either of the following words mean: smarter, class.

    It’s all good, you’ll learn. :)

  2. I’m logged in… why do my comments await moderation?

  3. Congrats, Dev! Will be good to see another poster! This site is one of the few gaming ones I can access from work so it’s nice to wile away some time here checking out the new posts, every now and then.

  4. Apparently, my original comment has been “moderated”. Yay?

Thanks Agreschn, didn’t even know you frequented Nerfgun’s little gaming haven here. Now the question is… how will I perform under pressure now that I have fans? The ego swells… and then runs into the night, mewling in fear.

  5. I get the sense that if 3/4 posts are done by one person moderation may be needed. Good choice nerfgun. I welcome a more than bi-monthly posting.

p.s. some WoW may be needed too:

  6. Well the strange thing is that it was only that one comment (my first response, which can now be seen). Go figure.

  7. Well the mod system basically holds each “first time” poster in a queue until I hit ok, then they are good forever after that. The mystery is why it didn’t recognize you as a poster..

  8. Because I was actually logged into Word Press instead of just entering a SN and my email? That’s all I can come up with.

  9. Notice that posts made while logged in show my name in red with a link while all of the others (like this one) show in white.

  10. Because you don’t have a website linked, Dev?

  11. Ah. Well, I never enter one of those when I’m just posting here, and I did enter one for my profile in Word Press so… yeah, that’d do it.
