No No No, THIS Is the Infamous Trailer You Want
I’m impressed that it looks as good as it does in slow-motion. A lot of games, the animation falls apart when you do that.
The jock-rock, I am ambivalent on, although one must admit that it certainly gets the whole kickass thing across nicely.

I was going to go with something along the lines of, “The inFAMOUS Trailer Pr0n Continues” but your headline works as well. Up close, this game might not have the shiniest graphics but they’re still pretty good and that small sacrifice is allowing them to really up the scope and the scale of this game. The effects for the powers are badass.
I actually really like that riff. If it was from a real song I’d go check it out.
I wouldn’t really call that jock rock but that’s just me.
I just noticed that Cole actually has some sort of face paint going on in one of those cuts. I wonder what’s up with that.
Hey Ajar: That’s from a real song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lk2az2ar0pg
…and it’s definitely not jock rock.
The album is six bucks on iTunes. Sold. Thanks a lot for linking me to that!
Post-rock is a stupid name for a genre, but I’ve found some great stuff in that category. Mogwai, Explosions in the Sky, Russian Circles, and others.
Deviation! They literally just — “just” as in last week — released a second album. It hasn’t even made it to iTunes yet, but should soon. It’s already on CDBaby, apparently. I’m listening to the clips on (ugh) MySpace now, and… wow. As good as the cut that the Infamous guys drew on.
Conveniently enough, they’re from Ohio, and play in that state’s major cities from time to time. Since I have friends in and/or from Cleveland, Dayton, and Columbus, I think a road trip is in order…
Can’t thank you enough for turning me on to these guys. This shit is awesome.

I wonder if that has something to do with the Good/Evil side of things, Dev. Kinda like a Fable/Fable 2 good/evil sway depending on what you do in the game.
Can’t wait to get this game. I loved Crackdown and this looks like Crackdown with force powers (as I’ve previously stated) but also with a more structured story and that makes me very, very excited.
I don’t believe so. However, I do remember that one of the bosses in the game is leaving black goop everywhere and infecting people and things so maybe there’s something related to that going on.
